Events
HFYFC run a selection of events throughout the year for all members to attend. The Events Committee members input and feedback on event ideas and help to plan sociable activities, which in turn help to raise funds for the Federation all whilst having a good time.
Each year the main event for over 18 members is the County Rally Dance held each May after the Rally Day competitions, the perfect opportunity for members to let their hair down after a hectic day competing.
Other events include the County Chairman’s Ball held at the end of the Chairmans year, events to include younger and over age members such as the Race Night, March Hare Ball and themed nights, as well as night club evenings, bingo nights, sports and other charity events. All under 18’s attending permitted events must be current members and must complete an Event Parental Consent Form as found on the Documents page, to be brought with them on the event along with their membership card. They must also be accompanied by an over 18 member who must also complete the relevant section on this form and sign the member in on the night.
The Junior Forum also organise events for the Junior members to attend such as ice skating, film nights, sports and more.
Clubs also hold their own events throughout the year, some of the current Club events are listed HERE. As well as other Counties and NFYFC events.
