All of Herefordshire’s YFC Clubs are listed below with details of times they meet and where. Each Club operates with an elected Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, along with Club Leaders and various other representatives to run Club meetings, activities and to organise paperwork for the required competitions, events and more.
Club fees will vary so please contact the Club to find out more.

How Can I Join A Club?
Take a look at the Club details below or the Club Map to see where your nearest Club is. You can then contact the County Office for details on how to get in touch with the Club to check when their next meeting is. The Club will issue a Membership Form for completion to be returned to and signed by the Club’s authorised signatories, this is usually the Club Chairman, Secretary or Treasurer, you will also need to include your membership fee payable to the Club and a passport-sized photograph. The Membership Form can also be downloaded here Members Under 18 years will need a Parental Consent Form to be completed with their Membership form inlcuded.
All members under 18 must complete a Parental Consent to join. The Membership form must include Parental Consent information and must be completed and signed by the Member and their Parents/Guardians to confirm they have agreed to the member taking part in HFYFC competitions and events. An additional Event Parental Permission Slip is required for members attending HFYFC run events e.g. March Hare Ball. This is available to download here. For any Area/Regional and National competitions, members will be required to complete an NFYFC Parental Consent form to be taken to the Competition or sent in advance to the releavnt Area or National Office.
Each Club sets its own meeting dates and times as detailed below, there may be additional meetings added to the Club Calendar for specific events if required by the Clubs.
Membership fees vary per Club and can be up to £40 per year, you will need to speak to the Club Officers to find out more. Membership fees are payable directly to the Club and can not be processed at the County Office until all paperwork and money has been received and approved by the Club.
